This traditional office space was transformed into an industrial-inspired, new and modern space.

The lobby roof was raised to create a striking entry space and a mezzanine was added in this area for additional conference and work space.

Dramatic features were left exposed to highlight the structure of the space. Translucent polycarbonate panels were used to separate spaces while maintaining an open visual connection.
