The Solidago Condominium

The Solidago is a sustainable, green condominium building located in the heart of Petworth in Washington DC.

It was designed to be a model sustainable row house and is the only multifamily building in Washington DC to achieve LEED Platinum certification, the highest green building rating available from the US Green Building Council.

It employs numerous green building strategies with it's focus on energy efficiency, water conservation, and improved air quality.
